is a three day experiential program focussing on ministering with congregations in times of transition.
The purpose is to equip ministers and lay leaders with expertise and tools that will assist them to lead
congregations through the challenges and difficulties of change, towards renewed life and sustainable future. The course is based on 3 key foundations: Understanding Change and Transition, Systems Theory, and Family Systems and ways in which they connect with our sacred stories.
This is a stand-alone program but can also be the 1st phase of training as a qualified Intentional Interim Minister. Phase 2 will be offered in 2019.
Cost: Whilst normally this course costs $350 per participant, Port Phillip West Presbytery considers this training
important enough to subsidise these costs. So costs per person will be $75, or $50 for those with Seniors or
Concession cards. This will also cover lunches, and morning and afternoon teas. Places will be limited.
